Exchange rates are determined at the time of the transaction and may fluctuate. The rate applied to your transaction will be the rate displayed and confirmed at the time you authorize the transfer.

• Transaction confirmations and alerts
• Account security notifications (e.g., two-factor authentication codes)

• Promotional offers (with your opt-in consent)

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. You can opt out of promotional messages at any time by replying STOP to any promotional SMS. 9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, designs, software, and materials available through our Services are the property of Swiftwad Technologies or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. 10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Our Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied
• We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
• Swiftwad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services
• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to Swiftwad in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Swiftwad Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Your infringement of any third-party rights

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms or our Privacy Policy
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
• Failure to complete required identity verification
• Extended period of account inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or government authorities

You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon termination, any pending transactions may be completed or cancelled at our discretion, and any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with applicable laws.

13. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties. If the dispute cannot be resolved amicably within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Lagos State, Nigeria.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
